Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Kristen Narlinger graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing and has been proud to call Denver, CO her home for the last 34 years. Kristen's husband Todd grew up in the S. Denver area until his family relocated to Southern California where he graduated High School. In 1995 he graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Business Administration and minor in Logistics. After graduation, he took a temporary job helping his father sell real estate. In one year, he became Re/MAX Master's Rookie of the year and his real estate career took off. In 2008, Todd founded his own brokerage, Madison & Company Properties, a boutique firm which has grown to over 240 agents and 4 Denver metro area offices. Today, Todd continues to distinguish himself as Broker/Owner/Founder of Madison & Company Properties.
