Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Kristen Narlinger graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing and has been proud to call Denver, CO her home for the last 30 years. After a career in the telecom industry, Kristen's entrepreneurial spirit and love of working with people led her to real estate.

Working alongside her husband, Todd Narlinger, Founder & Broker Owner of Madison & Company Properties, Kristen offers clients the benefit of their combined 38+ years of experience. She skillfully enjoys helping buyers and sellers navigate the Denver metro real estate market with professionalism, care, and a personal touch. Denver, where Kristen and Todd have lived and raised their family in Castle Pines for more than 23 years.

Kristen's husband Todd grew up in the S. Denver area until his family relocated to Southern California where he graduated High School. In 1995 he graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Business Administration and minor in Logistics. After graduation, he took a temporary job helping his father sell real estate. In one year, he became Re/MAX Master's Rookie of the year and his real estate career took off. In 2008, Todd founded his own brokerage, Madison & Company Properties, a boutique firm which has grown to over 180 agents and 4 Denver metro area offices. Madison is currently ranked #6 in Denver brokerages for sales volume. Today, Todd continues to distinguish himself as Broker/Owner/Founder of Madison & Company Properties. Madison & Company Properties began with a vision for a brokerage with a collaborative, team atmosphere that provides clients with honest and knowledgeable associates and first class services. Every day Todd works hard to maintain this top level of service among his brokers, always striving to be the best in the business. When work is done, Kristen and Todd enjoy spending time with their two young adult daughters. Together, they enjoy all that Colorado has to offer such as skiing, running, and hiking. Their passion for travel takes them out of the country at least once a year and they are always planning their next adventure.
