No Convictions, Charges, Deferments, and/or Felonies of violent crimes within the last 10 years and absolutely NO convictions, charges, deferment, and/or felonies of sex crimes ever.
Good rental history/references

Pet Requirements:

Your pets are welcome to live with you. We don't have any breed and/or size requirements. However, they must meet the following guidelines:

Management must meet the dog(s) in advance.
Pet(s) must be friendly to the average person, e.g., no biting.
A photo of all pets living in the apartment are required in the residential file.
Pet(s) may not disturb other resident in the building, e.g., barking.
Pet(s) may not destroy or alter the property inside the dwelling or any common areas, this includes picking up after you animal.
